What do I need to get started?

Your public Google Maps business link. Confirm the business, create your account and run an analysis. You do not need to connect a Google Business Profile account to start.

What can I do on the free plan?

The free plan includes 2 analyses, 3 AI review templates and 3 reply suggestions per month. View the pricing page for plan details and current limits.

Does MapLift post reviews or replies for me?

No. You review and copy suggestions yourself. Customers should write about their own experience, in their own words. QR codes and review links take customers to Google.

Can MapLift guarantee a higher Google Maps ranking?

No. Rankings depend on many factors outside MapLift. The workspace helps you understand the reviews analyzed, respond thoughtfully and make it easier for customers to share feedback. Live keyword-rank tracking is not currently available.

How does billing work?

India plans use one-time payments for 3, 6 or 12 months, with GST shown before payment. International paid plans use monthly PayPal subscriptions. The pricing page shows your regional options.
